Emilie Simon is a French writer, compositor, singer of electro pop music.
Her website was created by La Jungle, in collaboration with the artist Supakitch

The composition of the website, made by Supakitch, is really funny, and we can enjoy this world of colors and funky illustrations. It’s quite interesting to have the layout in a half circle like that, and the main menu flying around.

The music should be a better choice because it hurt my ears a little bit at the beginning, and the background illustration doesn’t really serve the content as it’s a bit hidden in my honest opinion. I enjoy the background animation of the octopus, but some curve, to smooth it out a bit would be a plus!

The opening and closing of the sections are very interesting but perhaps a bit harsh. More details would be very interesting!

I hope that you’ll enjoy perusing this website! Check it out at: Emilie Simon

  • Nice graphics, transitions and animations but I find reading on this site hard. The music should definitely be optional and not on play at default.

Nice composition though and lovely design and I'm also enjoying the colours.
