Exceptional combination of technology

Adidas presents exceptional use of available technology in combination in their mini-site for outdoor apparel. The ideas behind, and the execution of this balanced experience in their landscape (literally) of apparel is highly enjoyable and an inspiration for pursuing knowledge in combining technologies in the name of creativity.

With my background in Graphic Design, advertising and 3D I can appreciate the total work process behind this extravagant experience. It’s often easy to forget the work behind a total concept when viewing as a guest, but I suggest taking some time to consider the ideas and creativity that are behind it all. Don’t just dismiss the total package as just a shell made for selling apparel.

  • This is a great idea to combine 3d and clothing stuff into a landscape structure. As dmadray says it's a unique way to show the product without causing discontiniuty both visually and conceptually. I really like the effort behind the process and some of the effects used are subtle yet quiet effective.
  • Yea, this is awesome. I love the concept. It's very detailed and brings a level of texture to design I've never seen. Very unique approach to showcasing a product.
