This ad is stunning. It manages to bring a level of elegance to and there’s a magic in the mannequins that I don’t think a real live person could bring. I think what I love the most is the emotion that’s communicated through these life-less objects.

CEMP stands for The Centre for Excellence in Media Practice and “is a research and innovation centre based in the Media School at Bournemouth University.” They have very recently launched a redesign of their site and I thought I would spend some time reviewing it for you.
Tripping Words is a blog styled site housing intellectual opinions on print and web design philosophy by Josh, an academic researcher. This is his first attempt at designing a website which is impressive because it’s a nice design, it’s creative and adheres to a lot of web design principles.

In this article we take a look back at the “Halo 3: Believe” ad campaign. As I go through the various ads for this campaign I’m compelled to come to only one conclusion; it was brilliant.
