Critique Guidelines

Be Respectful
We are designers and understand receiving critiques can be tough, so we promise to be respectful of your hard work and only provide constructive critiques.

No Authority
We are not your creative director, so we understand we have no authority to tell you what you should and shouldn’t do. Instead we promise to merely make suggestions or ask questions that would possibly influence you to re-think your choices and possibly improve your designs.

Be Constructive
We promise to always deliver educated points about the design that illustrates why it may or may not work. Rather than just saying something shouldn’t be done, we promise to offer our reasoning for why it shouldn’t be done.

Be Positive
Many hear the word ‘critique’ and assume it’s negative. Along with being constructive we promise to be positive in our critiques and not get lost in the negatives.

Our Perspective
We promise to deliver our perspective on any given design which in the end means it’s only our opinion. And in our opinion we will be honest and direct.

Disclaimer: We retain the right to not critique any work we don’t find fitting or inspirational.
