The first thing that there design is getting the user used with are big buttons or high contrast, I had to roll over the menu 2 times to realize that the small text is the menu, the first time I thought I made a mistake and rolled over the "submit your site" because when the menu came down my eyes were drawn to the green(high contrast) button.
